    1. On page 6, line 22, after "service", insert "credit".

    2. On page 7, line 10, after "service", insert "credit".

    3. On page 7, line 19, remove the brackets and the line through "credit".

    4. On page 8, line 8, after "service", insert "credit".

    5. On page 8, line 16, after "service", insert "credit".

    6. On page 9, line 13, after the second comma, insert "but on or before June 30, 2025,".

    7. On page 9, line 16, strike "July 1" and insert in lieu thereof "June 30".

    8. On page 9, line 20, after "service", insert "credit".

    9. On page 13, between lines 9 and 10, insert:

    "SECTION 6. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of Subsection F of Section 3 of this act apply to credited service performed after the effective date of this act. Any credited service performed or amount of pension earned prior to the effective date of this act shall not be calculated or adjusted to conform to the provisions of this act.".

    10. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
